Harold Zinno Jazz Orchestra

The Harold Zinno Jazz Orchestra performs regulary in Connecticut and the greater Northeast. The organization provides music for events featuring ensembles of many sizes as determined by venue size, needs and budjets.

The organization is managed and directed by Harold Zinno, Jr. Harold is a graduate of the prestigious North Texas State music program and is an in demand Trumpet and Flugle Horn player. His experience is extensive and he draws musicans from a base of leading proponents of music performance, composition and education.

Ensembles include:

Soloists and Duos, Chamber Jazz (10 or less musicians) and lager ensembes such as an 18 Piece Ensemble featuring vocalists. Through affilations with musical organizations in CT, ensembles can perform in music genres and styles including American Song Book and Jazz Standards, Rock and Soul, Western European Classical Tradition, Latin and Brazilian.

HZJO Recording Project featuring Amanda Bellitto performing arrangements by Jake Epstein.

The HZFO is developing a project to record an album of arrangements by orchestra member Jake Epstein featuring vocalist Amanda Bellitto.
